Raku Fired Beach Grass Vase

Hand thrown clay, Glazed inside and on rim with Turquoise Crackle and glaze trailing in beach grass style, then sprayed with an iron solution  while still hot from the kiln. The contrast of the blue green lustre against the earthiness of the background of deep rust gives a marvellous rightness to these vases.
