When I came across this photograph, I just had to try paint it: this world where a petite boat gracefully floats in a shimmering sea and the sun bids farewell with a curtain call of colors. There’s something almost poetic about a lone boat at this hour, a sentinel of silence floating between the wakeful world and dreams.
